To maximise our effectiveness, we must ensure our membership includes all who are involved in the activities defined in our memorandum, so that when directions are set, they are truly representative of our industry.

Equally, we believe we need to maintain a high, responsible and competent profile in order to be able to maintain the credibility we now enjoy as being representative of bulk liquids berth users.

Potential members should recognise that their problems are probably common to other BLIA members. Our meetings are designed to allow attendees to raise issues they see as important.
